Less than 20 minutes away, Longhorn Cavern state park is a unique Hill Country destination full of natural beauty and Texas-sized tales. the park’s star attraction is Longhorn Cavern, an underground wonder created by the dissolving and cutting action of an ancient river.

Torr Na Lochs Vineyard & Winery

Torr Na Lochs (tore nah locks) Vineyard and Winery overlooks Inks and Buchanan Lakes in the Highland Lakes area of the Texas Hill Country. The name translates from the Gaelic language to “hill over lakes” and describes the site perfectly. Our objective is to grow grapes suited for our terroir and produce wines from only Texas grown fruit.

A 1,200-acre state park known for the 803-acre Inks Lake used for fishing, scuba diving and other water sports is located 10 minutes down the road from Lake Buchanan RV & Cabin Resort.
